How adili Handles Your Data
These six principles guide every data decision adili makes. They reflect our obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our own commitment to player trust.
adili tells you clearly what data we collect and why. There are no hidden tracking practices or undisclosed data sharing arrangements. This Privacy Policy is the single authoritative source of how your data is handled on the adili platform.
adili applies industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security protocols to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction — both in transit and at rest on our servers.
adili's data practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We recognize and uphold your rights as a data subject under Philippine law, including the right to access, correct, and erasure of your data.
adili follows the principle of data minimization. We only collect personal information that is necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not collect data speculatively.
adili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your information is shared only with vetted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, and only to the extent necessary.
You have meaningful rights over your adili data — including the right to access a copy of what we hold, correct inaccuracies, request deletion where legally permissible, and object to certain processing activities. Reach our Data Protection Officer at any time via [email protected].
Your Privacy Matters: By registering an adili account or using the adili platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before providing any personal information.

adili processes your personal data only where we have a lawful basis for doing so under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The legal bases we rely on are:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to perform the contract between you and adili — i.e., to operate your player account, process your transactions, and deliver the gaming services you have signed up for.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), PAGCOR regulations, and the Data Privacy Act itself — including mandatory KYC and transaction reporting obligations.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for adili's legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement analytics.
- Consent: Where we rely on your consent — specifically for direct marketing communications via email, SMS, or push notification — you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting support or updating your communication preferences in your adili account dashboard. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
adili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors). adili engages trusted third-party vendors who process personal data on our behalf and strictly under our instruction. These include:
- Identity verification and KYC providers
- Payment processing partners (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment rails)
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Customer support platform vendors
- Anti-fraud and risk management technology providers
- Game software providers whose titles are hosted on the adili platform
All such vendors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security standards and prohibit the use of your data for any purpose other than delivering services to adili.
5.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities. adili may disclose your personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or in response to a valid legal process. This includes disclosures to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), PAGCOR, and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) where legally mandated.
5.3 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of adili's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and of any material changes to this Privacy Policy that result from it.
5.4 With Your Consent. adili will share your data with any additional third party only where you have given your explicit prior consent to such sharing.
Reminder: adili will never ask you to share your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or full payment credentials with any third party claiming to represent adili. If you receive such a request, contact [email protected] immediately.

- Marketing Cookies: Used only where you have consented, to deliver relevant adili promotions and bonus offers based on your activity on the platform. adili does not use third-party advertising networks or place cross-site tracking cookies for external advertising purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the adili platform. For further details, refer to your browser's help documentation.

Your Role: You also play a part in keeping your adili account secure. Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings, and never share your login credentials or OTP codes with anyone.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights in relation to the personal data adili holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact adili's Data Protection Officer at [email protected]:

- Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where your specific situation justifies it.
- Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe adili has not handled your personal data in accordance with RA 10173.
adili will respond to all data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the expected timeline. Identity verification may be required before adili processes your request to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
The adili platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. adili does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If adili discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and report the incident to the appropriate regulatory authorities where required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child or a minor in your care has registered on adili or provided personal data to us, please contact [email protected] immediately so we can take prompt action.
21+ Only: adili enforces strict age verification at registration and during KYC. We take underage access to gambling services extremely seriously and cooperate fully with all relevant Philippine authorities on this matter.
adili's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, identity verification, and game software providers — may process your personal data on servers located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, adili ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to that required under RA 10173. These safeguards include contractual clauses in our data processing agreements with overseas vendors requiring them to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
adili will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual or legal safeguards, and without informing you of such transfers where required by law.
adili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top.
Where changes are material — for example, changes to the categories of data we collect, new purposes for which we use your data, or changes to your rights — adili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the adili platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team.
