These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and adili ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the adili online gaming platform available at adili.bet, including all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions applicable to individual games, promotions, or services offered on adili, which are incorporated herein by reference.

adili reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is indicated at the top of this page.

2.1 Age Requirement. The adili Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. adili reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where this requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. adili does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and liability.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) adili account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon detection, and any balances, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You must notify adili promptly of any changes to this information.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). adili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations and applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or other government-issued photo ID
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account in your name)

adili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your adili account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party, permit any other person to use your account, or access any other player's account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify adili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. adili will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or have knowingly shared access with another person.

3.3 Security Features. adili provides two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP and supports biometric login on compatible devices. You are encouraged to enable these features to protect your account. adili may require additional verification steps for high-value transactions or when unusual account activity is detected.

3.4 Minors. If you are aware that a minor has accessed or used your adili account, you must notify us immediately. adili takes the protection of minors seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation into underage access.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. adili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on adili is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your adili wallet in real time upon confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) using InstaPay or PesoNet are typically credited within minutes during banking hours. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, and system maintenance windows.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. adili reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally and are free from any encumbrance or criminal origin. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

4.6 No Interest. adili does not pay interest on any player account balances, regardless of the amount held or duration of the balance.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by adili are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms provide the overarching framework; individual promotion pages govern specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement, multiplier, and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. adili reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and recover bonus funds where abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

5.4 adili's Discretion. adili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. adili also reserves the right to exclude specific players from individual promotions at our sole discretion.

6.1 Binding Wagers. Once a wager has been confirmed on the adili platform — whether on a slot spin, a live casino hand, a Tongits Go round, a Bingo card purchase, or a sports/e-sports bet — it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player, except where adili's specific game rules expressly permit cancellation.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or clearly erroneous odds or payouts (including but not limited to palpable errors in sports betting lines), adili reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. adili's decision in such cases is final.

6.3 Odds and Results. Sports betting odds on adili are provided in real time and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to your wager. Results for all adili games and sports markets are determined by the applicable game engine, official sports results, or designated data providers, and adili's settlement of these results is final.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. adili may apply maximum payout limits on individual games, sports markets, or jackpot events. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game or market rules and apply regardless of the amount wagered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the adili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using arbitrage strategies or matched betting techniques in connection with adili bonuses or promotions
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Registering more than one account, or creating an account for or on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use adili for money laundering purposes
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing adili staff, agents, or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the adili Platform

All content on the adili Platform — including but not limited to the adili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of adili or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission from adili.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, index, or systematically collect data from the Platform.

9.1 Platform Availability. adili endeavors to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee availability at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond adili's reasonable control. adili shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability or interruption of service.

9.2 Gaming Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager. adili is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You agree to only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

9.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, adili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.4 Third-Party Content. Some games available on adili are provided by third-party game studios and software providers. adili does not warrant the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of third-party game content and is not liable for errors or omissions in such content.

adili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all adili account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your adili account
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts when you have been playing for a set duration
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to six weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration you select

adili may share your personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your adili account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets will be settled according to normal procedures, and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by adili. adili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is identified; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory directive; or (d) the account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months without a positive balance.

12.3 Forfeiture of Bonuses. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances, free bet credits, and promotional rewards are immediately forfeited. adili also reserves the right to recover winnings generated through prohibited conduct from any available account balance before processing a final payout.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the adili Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and adili, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

adili's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, and account rulings are final and binding unless a clear administrative error can be demonstrated in writing.

adili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, adili will endeavor to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the adili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.1.
